No. Lystune is a web app. Works in any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). No software, no extension, no CSV imports.
We use bank-level AES-256 encryption in transit and at rest. We never store your TikTok Shop password — auth is handled through TikTok Shop's official OAuth 2.0 system. We're SOC 2 Type II certified and undergo annual third-party audits. Your data is never shared and you can delete it any time.
Three minimum scopes: read your active listings + their category attributes, write item-specifics updates when you approve, and read TikTok Shop category metadata for valid suggestions. We never see financial data, buyer info, or messages.
US, UK, Germany, Australia, Canada. France, Italy, and Spain on the roadmap. Each marketplace has its own item-specifics graph and we tune for the local requirements (e.g. mens vs men in title casing).
Yes — Business and Enterprise plans support multiple TikTok Shop accounts. Connect unlimited accounts and switch between them; each account stays completely isolated. Common for agencies and multi-store sellers.
One enrichment = one listing tuned (specifics filled, title rewritten, or a draft generated from photos). Failed runs aren’t charged. Unused credits roll over for one month on Starter and above.
Per-field confidence scores — never above 0.78 unless we have strong signal. We only suggest specifics that are officially in TikTok Shop's category metadata for that listing. You always review the diff before it ships, and you have a 30-day undo window.
Yes. Set required vs. optional specifics, custom templates per category, minimum confidence thresholds, bulk approve/reject rules. Enterprise plans also include custom AI model training on your historical listings.
Yes. Upgrade applies immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle so you keep the credits you’ve already paid for.
Tuning pauses. You can either wait until your monthly reset, top up at $0.05 / credit (no expiry), or upgrade.
If Lystune doesn’t pay for itself in your first month, email hello@lystune.com — we’ll refund the difference, no questions, up to 60 days from sign-up.
Common causes: 1) TikTok Shop token expired — reconnect from /profile. 2) Listings are in draft status — only active listings sync. 3) Initial sync still running — large stores can take up to 2 hours. 4) Category not yet supported — check /help → TikTok Shop integration. Specific error codes show in your dashboard.
Check the error message in your enrichment history. The common ones: 1) Insufficient listing info — make sure title and description are present. 2) Unsupported category — niche categories have limited support. 3) TikTok Shop API hiccup — wait 30 minutes and retry from the failed-rows queue. 4) Hit a hard policy block — review the rule that flagged.
