Do not use Lystune for fraud, counterfeit goods, deceptive listings, or spam.
Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, authentication, billing, or credit checks.
Do not upload malicious files or content that infringes another party's rights.
Do not interfere with Lystune, TikTok Shop, or any connected third-party service.

Seller Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing generated titles, category attributes, descriptions, and listing updates before publishing them. Lystune assists with optimization, but you remain responsible for compliance with TikTok Shop policies and applicable law.

Enforcement

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when activity risks user safety, marketplace integrity, platform reliability, or legal compliance.
